The knowledge does not sit only in the team, but in the system too.
That is exactly what this system originally grew out of — in my own company, for my own staff.
The knowledge walks out of the door with the employee.
Everyone on your team knows things nobody else knows. How that one client ticks. Why the quote was calculated that way back then. Where the catch sits with that supplier.
As long as everybody is there, this works. But it works by calling across the room. Whoever resigns leaves with the knowledge. Whoever joins starts at zero and keeps asking back for half a year. And whoever on the team works with AI first builds their own little island — which does nothing for the rest.
The usual answer to that is training: everyone learns how to handle AI. That was exactly our main problem. Nobody had time for it, and those who did attend had forgotten most of it three weeks later.
Don't train the people. Build the system.
We turned the question around: not «how do we teach everyone AI?», but «how do we build something that can be operated without any prior knowledge?»
Today we work with a system that helps us build our knowledge, share it and hand it over. Nobody has to acquire AI knowledge for that. You ask your question the way you would ask a colleague — and the answer comes from your own material, not from the internet.
The decisive difference: the knowledge is no longer in the heads of the staff, but in the system. The heads stay important — but they are no longer the only place where something exists.
What actually changes in the business.
Joining
New staff ask the system instead of their colleagues. Onboarding shrinks from months to weeks.
Leaving
Whoever leaves leaves their material behind. No handover report gathering dust in a drawer.
Holidays and absence
An ongoing case can be followed even when the responsible person is away for two weeks.
Decisions
Why something was decided the way it was can be read up — with date and reasoning, not as a memory.
Same footing
Everyone works with the same material. There is no private AI island left that the others get nothing from.
How a team day runs.
Same structure as the single day, same hours — but with one shared body of material instead of several separate ones.
In the morning each person sets up their own device. In the afternoon we connect the devices to a shared store and take a real case from your business through the whole cycle once — from the question to the filed decision. After that everyone in the room knows where something belongs and how to find it again.
Price and format
For teams there is no list price, but an individual quote. Depending on the team and the number of users the day looks different, and often something is added that goes beyond the standard: a shared store across several locations, a handover arrangement for staff changes, your team's own practice rhythm.
Write to me with how many people are involved and what you have in mind. You will get a quote, not a price range.
