三The fit
Who this day is built for.
The day is narrowly cut. Better you notice now that it does not fit than at 09:00 in the room.
一Starting point
You don't have an AI problem.
The knowledge in your company is already there. It is simply scattered: in your head, in email threads, in notes, in conversations nobody remembers precisely any more.
Used without structure, AI destroys time exactly where it is supposed to save it. Question in, answer out — and nothing stays. Next time you describe your situation from scratch again, check the same answer again, and by the end of the week working time is gone without a result you get to keep.
That is not a fault of the tools. What is missing is the system behind them: a place where your questions, your answers and your decisions stay and can be found again.
二The fit
Fits — and does not fit.
Fits
- You run a company and decide on the basis of knowledge that is scattered around today.
- You use AI occasionally and notice that nothing of it stays.
- You want to be able to operate it yourself instead of permanently hiring someone.
- You bring a real, unsolved topic from your business along.
- You have no IT or AI background and still want to keep control yourself.
Does not fit
- You are looking for finished software that somebody else runs for you.
- You would like an overview talk on artificial intelligence.
- You develop software yourself and are looking for technical depth.
- You expect the system to keep running without your involvement.
What you bring along
- Your own laptop, Windows or Mac, with administrator rights
- Power supply and, if you have them, your existing Claude or ChatGPT logins
- A real topic from your company for us to work on
- No AI knowledge. Really none.
