I really know nothing about AI. Is that enough?

Yes. The day is built for exactly that case. You operate your own device, I sit beside you and explain every step in plain language. Nothing is done for you without you understanding it — otherwise it will not work on Tuesday.

I don't have a Claude or ChatGPT account yet.

We set that up together in the morning. You pay the two providers' running subscription costs directly to them; they are not part of the price of the day.

Who owns my data?

You do. The store sits on your own device. You decide what you put into it and what the tools are allowed to read. We go through this question in the morning, before the first document is created. Data protection, the Cloud Act and the figures →

Why two tools and not just one?

Because they work differently and you should experience the difference yourself. Whoever knows only one tool mistakes its weaknesses for laws of nature. It also keeps you independent of any single provider.

What happens after the day?

You go home with a running system and a written plan for the first week. If you get stuck later or want to extend your system, I support you as needed: CHF 150 per hour, excl. VAT. No subscription, no minimum.

Does everyone end up with the same system?

No. The setup in the morning is the same for everyone, what is built afterwards is not. You work with your own data and your own questions — out of that grows an order that fits your business and no other.

Does the day take place one to one or in a small group?

Ask me about it when you enquire — depending on the date I work with individuals or with a very small round. What matters is that every person has their own running system by the evening.

How do I stay with it after the day?

With the practice half-day: every first Friday of the month, 13:00 to 16:00, CHF 250 per person, excl. VAT. No new material — we work on your own cases from the past month and exchange views on how to use the system efficiently. No commitment, you come when it suits. See the practice half-days →

We are a whole team. Is that possible too?

Yes, and that is what this system originally grew out of. On a team day everyone works on one shared body of material instead of separate ones. What is different about it →
