Every first Friday of the month, 13:00 to 16:00. The first one is on Friday, 4 December 2026. No new material — we work on what you actually did over the past month. What worked, where you got stuck, what is lying around unused.
On top of that, the exchange with the others. Somebody in the room has long since found a way around a problem you also have. That is exactly where you learn how to use the thing efficiently — not from a manual.

A completed AI-Start is the prerequisite — otherwise the common ground is missing.
The half-day takes place in St. Gallen; I announce the exact location beforehand each time. It is meant as a round in which people connect, learn from each other and inspire one another — not as a lecture.

Depending on the team and the number of users I put together an individual quote. Often something is added to the standard that goes beyond it — a shared store across several locations, a handover arrangement, your own practice rhythm.
