AI-Start
一The day

The day, hour by hour.

Morning: setting up. Afternoon: understanding it and running it yourself. In between we eat together. At 16:00 your system is running.

一Schedule

From 08:00 to 16:00.

Every step is checked before we move on. Nobody is left behind, and nothing is done for you without you understanding it.

08:00

Arrival and target picture

Coffee, a short round. What should your system be able to do by the evening? We put it in writing — that is what we measure the day against.

08:30

Setup I — Claude Desktop

Installation on your device, account, permissions, first run.

10:15

Setup II — GPT Desktop

The same for the second tool. After that both work on the same body of material.

11:15

The data store

Where your knowledge sits, how it is ordered, who may access it. The part most people skip — and the one that decides everything later.

12:00

Lunch

Included in the price.

13:00

How the thing works

The cycle, explained without jargon. What the tools really do, where they are reliable and where you have to check.

14:15

Your first real run

You bring a topic from your own company. We take it through the system once, from end to end — you at the keyboard, me beside you.

15:30

The first week

What you do from Monday on so the system stays in use. In writing, concrete, for seven days.

16:00

End

二What to bring

What you bring along.

Three things. Nothing more is needed.

On your packing list

  • Your own laptop, Windows or Mac, with administrator rights
  • Power supply and, if you have them, your existing Claude or ChatGPT logins
  • A real, unsolved topic from your company for us to work on
  • No AI knowledge. Really none.
Still to be added: the exact address of the venue in St. Gallen, how to get there and the parking situation, any details on catering preferences.
